Crispy Sausage with Wine Recipe:
If your brain wants wine, but your heart want sausage, why don't give this crispy sausage with wine recipe a try? Its intense flavor and rich texture go great with things like cake, bread, and fresh berries.

Wok, plate.
 
Serves 2 as a side dish
 
Ingredients: (P1)
1/2 cup wine
2-3 sausages meat remove from casings, cut into 1/2-inch length sections
Wine and sausage

Directions:

1. Soak the sausage in the wine for about 2 hours ahead of time.

2. Preheat a wok on high heat, add the sausage and wine (just cover the sausage is enough, do not add too much) (P2).

Let the wine just cover the sausage

3. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat so it simmers, cook until the sauce are absorbs.

4. Remove from the wok to a plate, top with a sprinkling of your favorite sauce before serving (P3).
