Crispy Sausage with Wine Recipe:
If your brain wants wine, but your heart want sausage, why don't give this crispy sausage with wine recipe a try? Its intense flavor and rich texture go great with things like cake, bread, and fresh berries.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, plate.
Serves 2 as a side dish
Ingredients: (P1)
1/2 cup wine2-3 sausages meat remove from casings, cut into 1/2-inch length sections

Directions:
1. Soak the sausage in the wine for about 2 hours ahead of time.
2. Preheat a wok on high heat, add the sausage and wine (just cover the sausage is enough, do not add too much) (P2).
P23. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat so it simmers, cook until the sauce are absorbs.
4. Remove from the wok to a plate, top with a sprinkling of your favorite sauce before serving (P3).
