Easy Beef Stew Recipe:
Have you ever tried to cook beef in the most natural way? If not, follow this recipe and let me show you how it works, really easy and tasty!

Total time: 30 minutes
 
Utensils:
Pot, bowl.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
7 oz./200g beef tenderloin, cut into 1-inch chunks (P1)
4 chilis
2 bay leaves
2 slices ginger
1 tbsp.peppercorns
1 tbsp.cloves

Directions:

1. Place beef chunks in a large pot of boiling water, parboil over high heat, about 1-2 minutes, skim the foams with a spider or spoon, remove the beef from the pot and drain thoroughly

2. Rinse the pot in question, then place beef and all the seasonings in, pour enough water over them and poach till boiling, then dail down to a simmer and keep cooking until all the flavors have blended and desired doneness is reached (P2).

3. When finished, ladle into warmed bowls and serve (P3).
