Garlicky Crisp Sausage Recipe:
Garlic is the real secret behind this easy sausage recipe, as it gives sausage a better flavor than the usual one. It's also easy to learn and only takes seconds to do.
 
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
 
Utensils:
Non-stick skillet/wok, plate.
 
Serves 2 as a side dish
 
Ingredients:
1 sausage meat remove from casings
1 tbsp.chopped cilantro
2 tbsps.crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp.olive oil
Directions:

1. Slice the sausage according to P1, then lay them out on the non-stick skillet/wok, turn on heat to medium (P2).

2. When desired doneness is reached, remove from the skillet, dry on kitchen papers (P3).

3. In a separate wok, add 1 tbsp.olive oil, saute the crushed garlic cloves and chopped cilantro until aromatic, about 20 seconds, then add the cooked sausage back (P4).

4. Cook, stirring to mix everything together, dish out and serve immediately (P5).
