Beer Chicken Wings Recipe

Beer Chicken Wings Recipe:
The name says it all, chicken breast was cooked with beer in this satisfying recipe. You are simply must have a try if you have not already.
 
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
Chicken wings, thawed, chop into 1-inch sections (P1)
1/2-1 cup beer
5 soaked balck mushrooms (P2)
1 tbsp.chopped scallion
3 slices ginger
4 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying

Seasonings:
4 chilies, stemmed
1 star anise
2 pieces Chinese cinnamon
1 tbsp.icing sugar
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
1 tbsp.light soy sauce
Directions:

1. Heat 2 tbsps.vegetable oil in the wok on high heat, drizzling the oil to coat both the sides and the bottom of the wok, saute scallion, ginger, and garlic briefly until aromatic, about 20 seconds, then add chicken wings, cook them over high heat, wrinkled and lightly browned through, which will take 5 minutes (P3).

Cook chicken wings over high heat for 5 minutes, or until golden

2. Add all the seasonings into the wok in which it was cooked, pour into 1/2-1 cup beer, then the black mushrooms, bring them to a boil, then lower the heat to medium and cook uncovered for 10 minutes (P4).

Cook uncovered over medium heat for 10 minutes

3. When the liquid is reduced, remove them from the wok to a plate, serve hot (P5).
