This chicken wings with potato stew recipe is simple to master and quick to make, and it features the soft-textured chicken wings and flavorful potatoes.

Utensils:
Wok, bowl, plate.

Serves 2 as a side dish.

 
Ingredients: (P1)
2 potatoes, peeled
8 chicken wings
2 tbsp.chopped scallion
2 slices ginger
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
1/2 cup water

Marinade:
1 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine, or dry sherry
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. peppercorn
 
Directions:

1. Rinse the chicken wings well through running water, then put into a bowl and marinate in the marinade for about 2 hours (P2).

2. Cut the potato into small cubes (P3).

3. Place a wok over high heat, preheat for about 2 minutes before you add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil, then add marinated chicken wings into the wok, stir fry over medium high heat for about 1-2 minutes (P4).

4. Add chopped scallion, ginger, 1 tsp.salt, 1/2 cup water, potato cubes back into the wok in which it was cooked, cook over high heat until simmering, then reduce to medium heat and stew until cooked, which will take about 15 minutes (P5). 

Add salt, then stew chicken wings and potato until done

5. Stop cooking when the potato softens and sauce reduces, then remove from the wok to a plate, serve hot (P6).
