Chicken Wings with Chestnuts Stir-fry Recipe

Chicken Wings with Chestnuts Stir-fry Recipe:
Almost everyone loves chicken wings, but have you ever thought adding some chestnuts while you cook chicken wings? If not, no worries, follow this simple recipe and enjoy.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients: (P1)
7 oz./200g chicken wings, chop into sections, about 1-inch length
3.5 oz./100g chestnuts, peeled
1 tbsp.chopped scallion
2 ginger slices
2 tbsps.bean sauce
2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying
1/2-1 cup chicken stock

Directions:

1. Preheat a wok over medium-high heat for 30 seconds, add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface of the wok, when the oil is hot, add chestnuts, stirring, about 1 minute (P2).

Stir fry chestnuts over medium heat for 1 minute

2. Add scallion, ginger, and bean sauce, saute them briefly until aromatic, about 30 seconds, then add chicken wings back into the wok in which it was cooked.

3. Pour into 1/2-1 cup chicken stock and bring to a gentle boil.

4. Reduce heat to low, simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally.

5. Remove them from the wok to a plate, serve immediately (P3).
