Chicken Wings with Chestnuts Stir-fry Recipe

Almost everyone loves chicken wings, but have you ever thought adding some chestnuts while you cook chicken wings? If not, no worries, follow this simple recipe and enjoy.
Wok, plate.
7 oz./200g chicken wings, chop into sections, about 1-inch length3.5 oz./100g chestnuts, peeled1 tbsp.chopped scallion2 ginger slices2 tbsps.bean sauce2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying1/2-1 cup chicken stock

1. Preheat a wok over medium-high heat for 30 seconds, add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface of the wok, when the oil is hot, add chestnuts, stirring, about 1 minute (P2).
P22. Add scallion, ginger, and bean sauce, saute them briefly until aromatic, about 30 seconds, then add chicken wings back into the wok in which it was cooked.
3. Pour into 1/2-1 cup chicken stock and bring to a gentle boil.
4. Reduce heat to low, simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove them from the wok to a plate, serve immediately (P3).
