Chicken Wings with Mushrooms Recipe:
The chicken wings in this simple recipe is tender and have a special flavor as the beer added. Moreover, you can enjoy the juicy mushrooms along with chicken wings.
 
Prep time: 20 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, bowl, plate.
 
Serves 2 for a main meal.
 
Ingredients: (P1)
4 chicken wings, cut into sections if needed
6 dried black mushrooms
1 tbsp.chopped scallion
2 slices ginger
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsps.toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsps.white rice wine
5 tbsps.light soy sauce
1 cup beer
2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:

1. Soften the dried black mushrooms by soaking in warm water for 20 minutes, trim off the stems, and squeeze out any excess water. In the meantime, combine the chicken wings with 3 tbsps.light soy sauce and 2 tbsps.white rice wine in a bowl, let them marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Heat 2 tbsps.vegetable oil in a wok over high heat, swirl the oil around the wok to coat surface, when hot, saute scallion, ginger and galric until aromatic, which will take about 30 seconds, but do not brown (P2).

3. Add the chicken wings back into the wok, stirring, cook over medium heat until lightly browned through, about 3 minutes (P3).

4. Add 1 cup beer, mushrooms and the remaining 2 tbsps.light soy sauce into the wok, cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then turn over the chicekn wings and continue to cook for another 8 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced and thickens (P4).

5. Remove them from the wok to a plate, top with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds before serving (P5).
