Colourful Chicken liver

Introduction:
The combination of the unique taste of chicken liver and the colourful fresh vegetables makes this course perfect.
Ingredients:
300g chicken liver,cut into bite size pieces.
50g ginger ,thinly sliced
100g carrot, sliced as picture below.
1 little cucumber, sliced
Seasoning A:
1 tsp. Mixture of starch and water
Seasoning B:
Proper quantity of salt and MSG to taste
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Sesame oil

Directions:
1.       Heat water in a wok to evaporated,put chicken liver in.Boil until liver cooked.drain well and set aside.
2.       Heat 4 tsp. oil in a wok,put cucumber,liver,and carrots in to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3.       Add seasoning A and ginger in,stir fry for a while.
4.       Finally,add seasoning B and mix welll.sever hot.

Tips:
1.       Try to discard the bile(the green parts) before you cook raw chicken liver,as it taste bitter,you also need to rinse them well.
2.       Mash the chicken liver to spread on the bread,it’s fantastic!
