These chicken wings are fantastic! The intense flavor and crisp texture go great with things like cakes, bread, and fresh berries. It is perfect for any party, and works with a number of dips.
 
Prep time: 3 hours
Cook time: 20 minutes
 
Utensils:
Oven, mixing bowl, plate.
 
Makes 8 five-spice grilled chicken wings.
 
Ingredients:
8 chicken wings, chop into 1-2-inches length sections
1 tbsp.light soy sauce
1 tbsp.hot chili paste
2 tbsps.ketchup
1 tbsp.honey liquid
1 tbsp.brown sugar
1 tsp.rice vinegar
1 tbsp.crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp.five-spice powder
1 tbsp.sesame seeds
1 tbsp.sesame oil
Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients to properly coat with the sauce and seasonings (P1), cover and let marinate for about 3 hours in refrigerator.

2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, lay the marinated chicken wings out on the baking tray with the sauce coated (P2), bake about 20 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.

3. Remove from the oven to a plate, let cool 5 minutes, glazed with your favorite sauce before serving (P3).
