Honey Glazed Chicken Breast Recipe:
This very simple glaze recipe is great paired with meaty chicken wings. And the sweet honey really adds a subtle accent to this deliciously different recipe. See how it's done.
 
Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
 
Utensils:
Oven, bamboo skewers, bowl, plate.
 
Serves 2 as a side dish.
 
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-1-inch strips (P1)
Seasonings:
1 tbsp.honey liquid
1 tbsp.light soy sauce
1-2 tbsps.water

Directions:

1. Skewer each chicken breast strips on the bamboo skewers (P2), please soak the bamboo skewers for 3 minutes ahead of time to prevent them from burnt.

2. Make the glaze by whisking all the seasoning in a bowl.

3. Lay the chicken breast out on the baking tray, brush the glaze evenly on each (P3).

4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, then bake 3-5 minutes, and turn over, brushing the glaze over the cooked side. Bake 3-5 minutes more until desired doneness is reached.

5. Remove from the oven to a plate, when cool enough to handle, serve (P4).
