Sweet and Sour Lemon Glazed Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe:
This recipe is a great example of how the tender chicken breast meat and sweet lemon combine to make a fantastic dish. If you plan to cook chicken today, why don't give this a try?
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
 
Utensils:
Frying pan/wok, bowl, plate.
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, 7 oz./200g each
2 lemon wedges
1/3 cup lemon juice concentrate
2 tbsps.ground black pepper
1 tbsp.cornstarch, mixed with 4 tbsps. water
2-4 tbsps.vegetable oil for pan-frying
2 tsps.granulated sugar
1 tsp.slat, or to taste
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Add 2-4 tbsps.vegetable oil in a frying pan/wok, turn on the heat to medium, when the oil is hot, pan-fry chicken breast 3-4 minutes persides, or until desired doneness is reached (P1). Then remove from heat, slice well and set aside.

2. Place the cornstarch/water mixture, granulated sugar, salt, ground balck pepper in a saucepan with 1 cup water to cover, bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low, add lemon juice, simmerring and stirring to thicken, it will become the glaze you can spoon over the chicken breast.
4. Arrange the chicken breast slices neatly on a serving plate, spoon the glaze evenly over it, garnish with lemon wedges before serving (P2).
