Spicy Chicken Recipe

Chicken breast is the real secret behind this delicious spicy chicken recipe, as it gives this recipe a better texture than the usual chicken meat, and it's low-fat content.
Wok, bowl, plate.
10 oz. / 300g chicken breast, cut into 1-inch length sections.1 green pepper, seeds and ribs removed, cut lengthwise in half, then cut into 2-inches length sections (P3)1 red pepper2 slices ginger2 tbsps.vegetable oil
A: 1 tsp. light soy sauce, 1tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. crushed garlic clovesB: 1 tsp. hot chili pasteC: 1 tsp. light soy sauce, 1 tsp.freshly grated ginger root, 1 tsp.granulated sugar, 1 tsp.cornstarchD: 1 tsp. ground black pepper.
1. Before cooking, combine chicken breast with seasoning A in a bowl, let marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsps.vegetable oil in a wok over high heat, when the oil is hot, saute ginger slices and seasoning B. Add chicken breast back into the wok in question, stirring and cooking over medium heat until the chicken turns golden, about 3 minutes (P4).
3. Then put green and red pepper cube in, add seasoning C and stir until well mixed.
4. Serve on a plate, top with a sprinkling of seasoning D if desired.
1. Chicken breast is very healthy as its low fat content.
