Ingredients: (P1)
4 oz.cookies2 hard boiled eggs, peeled10 cherry tomatoes, remove the stems1 tbsp.ground black pepper3 tbsps.mayonnaise

Directions:
1. Cut hard boiled egg into samll cubes, then combine with ground black pepper and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl (P2).
P22. Put 1 tbsp.egg cube mixture on the cookie, top with another cookie, then garnish with cherry tomatoes on top, arrange on a plate and serve (P3).

Tips:
1. If cookies are not available, any breads will work perfectly.
