Cheese and Broccoli Pie Recipe

This easy cheese and broccoli pie gets its creamy goodness from the addition of the cheese added. Cheese and broccoli pie is very light, but not lacking in great taste.
Oven, bowl, plate.
7oz./200 g broccoli1/2 cup cheese, shredded1 tbsp.crushed garlic cloves1 tsp.salt, or to taste1 tbsp.olive oil1 tbsp.ground black pepper
1. Rinse the broccoli well through running water, then shred into small parts (P1).
P12. Put a large pot of water on to boil, then add the broccoli back into the boiling water, blanch for 1-2 minutes, or until turns a jade green .
3. Drain them well in a colander and remove to a big bowl, combine with shredded cheese, crushed garlic cloves, salt, oilve oil, and ground black pepper, mix well and place on the baking try (P2).
P24. Set the temperature of the oven as 320 degree F, put it to bake until the cheese turns golden.
5. Remove from the oven and serve on a plate when cool enough to handle (P3).
