Cheese Mushroom Bake Recipe:
Give these cheese mushrooms a try when you want something a little different for that party. Like bake other things, this recipe is easy to learn and very fast to make.
 
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
 
Utensils:
Oven (should be preheated to 320 degrees F), mixing bowl, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients: (P1)
6 dried or fresh black mushrooms, remove the stems
1 red pepper, seeded, diced
1 beaten egg, whisked lightly
1 sausage, removed casing, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp.chopped scallion
2 slices ginger, minced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 tbsp.ground black pepper
1/3 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
1 tbsp.flour

Directions:

1. If you use dried black mushrooms, please soak them in warm water for about 20 minutes, then drain well and set aside.

2. Add all the ingredients except the sausage, mushrooms, and cheese in a mixing bowl, stir to combine, until a paste forms (P2).

3. Fill the back of the mushrooms with the paste, then scatter some chopped sausage over them (P3).

4. Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F. Sprinkle the mushrooms with shredded cheese evenly, then lay them on a baking tray (P4), bake until heated through and the cheese on the top starts to brown, about 15 minutes, turning once, until nicely browned on bothsides.

5. Take them out from the oven, when cool enough to handle, serve (P5).
