Wok, bowl, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
10 shrimp meat, peeled, deveined, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 beaten eggs, whisked lightly
1 tbsp.chopped scallion
1 tbsp.chopped coriander
1 tbsp.ground black pepper
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to properly coat with the whisked egg (P1).

2. Lightly oil the bottom of a wok with vegetable oil, evenly pour the mixture into it (P2).

3. Turn on low heat, cover and let cook until done, about 3 minutes.

4. Remove to a board, cut into squares, serve on a plate (P3).
