Cripsy Potato Strips Pie Recipe

Crispy Potato Strips Pie Recipe:
Have you ever tried to pan fry potato strips? If not, give this crispy potato pie a try! It only has a couple of ingredients and very fast to master as well.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, mixing bowl, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
1 potato, skinned, cut into matchstick-sized thin strips (P1).
2 beaten eggs, whisked lightly
1 tbsp.chopped scallion
1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp.ground black pepper
1 tsp.salt ,or to taste
3 tbsps.vegetable oil for pan-frying

Directions:

1. In a big mixing bowl, combine potato strips, egg mixture, chopped scallion, 1/2 cup flour, ground black pepper, and salt together, stir to mix well (P2).

2. Preheat a wok over medium-high heat for 30 seconds, then add oil and swirling along the sides, pour into the potato mixture when the oil is hot, pan frying over medium heat until each side turns golden and cooked through (P3).

3. When finished, let it cool completely in the wok before you cut.

4. Serve hot (P4).
