Crispy Cream Cake Recipe

Crispy Cream Cake Recipe:
This crispy cream cake recipe features a honey-scented cake that only takes you 5 minutes to make. Crispy cream cake ready to coat with your favorite sauce.
 
Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, mixing bowl, spoon, kitchen paper.
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour (about 3 oz.)
2-3 beaten eggs
Pinch of salt
3 tbsps.butter
2 tbsps.granulated sugar
1 tsp.vanilla essence, optional
5 tbsps.vegetable oil for deep-frying
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Add 1/2 cup water into a wok, add 3 tbsps.butter and 2 tbsps.granulated sugar, bring to a boil, add 1/2 cup flour and stir continually (P1).

2. Slightly whisk eggs with pinch of salt in a bowl, swirl them around the wok in which it was cooked, add 1 tsp.vanilla essence if desired, stirring continually with chopsticks until sticky and becomes like a paste (P2).

3. Clean the wok, heat 5 tbsps.vegetable oil until hot, scoop up the paste with a spoon, then you will get small balls, deep fry each one until golden (P3).

4. When cooked, drain well in a colander and dry on kitchen papers.
5. Arrange on a serving plate, top with a sprinkling of granulated sugar, when cool enough to eat, serve(P4).
