Crispy Sesame Seeds Potato Pie Recipe:
If you are a pizza lover, then you have to try this satisfying, low-fat potato pie, which is simple to master and very nutritious.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes.

Cook time: 10 minutes.

 

Utensils:

Non-stick skillet, spatula, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients: (P1)
1/2-1 potato, peeled, cut into thin matchstick sized strips
1 stalk celery, cut diagonally into 1-inch strips
1 tbsp. chopped scallion
2 tbsps. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsps. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt, or to taste

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl, stir to combine (P2).

Combine all the ingredients together

2. Heat 2-4 tbsps. vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over high heat, when the oil is hot but not yet smoking, pour the mixture evenly into the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover and cook until the bottom side turns golden, then turn it over with a spatula, cook the other side until golden.

3. Remove from the wok, cut into small parts and arrange neatly on a plate, serve hot (P3).
