Easy Roasted Peanuts Recipe

Whether is grilled, roasted, or stewed, peanuts are popular among people. This recipe is special-flavored, and the secret behind which is the seasonings that added, see how it's done.
Wok, microwave, plate.
7 oz./200g peanuts1 tbsp.chili powder5 tbsps.white sugar1 tbsp.peppercorn powder1 tbsp.all-spice powder1 tsp.salt, or to taste3-5 tbsps.vegetable oil
1. Microwave the peanuts over medium heat until cooked, if you do not have a microwave at hand, please heat 3-5 tbsps.vegetable oil in a wok, when l it is shimmering on the bottom and very hot, but not yet smoking, add the peanuts and stir fry over low to medium heat, wrinkled and lightly browned through, about 3 minutes, stirring with fork or chopsticks continually.
2. Place them on a plate, let cool 5 minutes, then peel (P1).
P13. Place a separate wok over low heat, add 5 tbsps.white sugar and 1/2 cup water, cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sugar melts, do not brown (P2).
P24. When the water is reduced, whisk in all the other sesaonings, stir them over low heat until thickens.
5. Place the peanuts back into the wok in which it was cooked, stirring, gently toss once or twice, until all of them are coated well.
6. Turn off the heat, remove them to a plate, let cool 5 minutes before serving (P3).
