Crispy Ham with Cheese and Crumbs

Crispy Ham with Cheese and Crumbs:

This crispy ham recipe features a fantastic combination of cheese, ham, egg, and crumbs, which is one of those heaven-made matches that you simply must try if you haven't already.

 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

 

Utensils:

Wok, bowl, kitchen papers, plate.

 

Makes 1 portion of  crispy ham with cheese and crumbs

 

Ingredients:
2 pieces lean pork or beef
1 piece cheese
1 piece ham
1 egg
4 tbsps.flour
1/2 cup breadcrumb
5 tbsps. vegetable oil

Directions:

1. On the cutting board, tapping firmly with the back of a knife blade, you don't want to chop them, only to slightly tap them (P1).

2. Put the ham (should be smaller than the lean pork) on the lean pork, put the cheese on the ham (P2&3).

3. Mix 2 tbsps.flour with enough water to make a smooth paste, then brush on the edge of the lean pork (P4).

4. Combine them together as P5 said. Coat with flour properly in a plate accodring to P6.

5. Beat the egg in a bowl, whisk lightly, coat the lean pork wth the egg cream evenly (P7), then coat with the breadcrumb lightly according to P8.

6. Add 5 tbsps. vegetable oil in a wok, heat until it is shimmering on the bottom and very hot but not yet smoking, deep fry it for about 3-5 minutes over medium heat until golden, drain well on kitchen papers and serve on a plate, slice as you would.
