Honey Orange Ice Cream

Honey Orange Ice Cream:
Everyone loves ice cream, but when you feel like changing the routine, this mouth-watering honey orange ice cream is just the thing.
 
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
 
Utensils:
Saucepan.
 
Serves 3
 
Ingredients: (P1)
2 oranges
1 cup orange juice concentrate
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:

1. Add the orange juice and brown sugar in a large saucepan, turn on the heat to high and bring to a rapid boil, then reduce heat to low, keep simmering (P2).

2. Peel two oranges well while you stew the sauce, remove the pith and cut into sections according to P3.

3. When the sauce begins to bubble and thickens (P4), turn off the heat, let cool for 5 minutes, or until warm.

4. Add the orange sections back into the thickened sauce, stirring and tossing to coat well, let cool completely (P5).
