Pumpkin Egg Pie:
When your brain wants pumpkin, but your heart wants egg, this easy pumpkin egg pie is for you. After pan-frying, this pumpkin egg pie is crispy outside and juicy inside.

Cook time: 5 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, bowl, plate
Serves 2
Ingredients: (P1)
7 oz./200g pumpkin, deseeded, peeled, grated2 beaten eggs, whisked lightly1/2 cup flour2 tbsps.granulated sugar3 tbsps.vegetable oil

Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl (P2).
P22. Divide the mixture into 2-3 parts.
3. Add 3 tbsps.vegetable oil in a wok, turn on heat to high, when the oil is hot, place the mixture back into it, turn and cook the other side when turns golden (P3).
P34. When bothsides are golden, remove from the wok to a plate, let cool 5 minutes before serving (P4).
