Sesame Seeds-Crusted Sweet Pie Recipe

Sesame Seeds- Crusted Sweet Pie Recipe:
This kind of pie is one of the most common Chinese family food, which features a terrific combination of the crispy crust outside and the sweet taste inside. It only takes you a few minutes to bake and works every time!
 
Prep time: 1-2 hours
Cook time: 8 minutes
 
Utensils:
Oven, rolling pole, big basin, knife, plate. 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
11 oz./300g flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sesame seeds
1-2 cups water
Directions:
1. Add flour in a big basin, drizzle 1/2 cup water in occasionally while you making dough, knead for 3-5 minutes (P1). Then cover the dough with a wet cloth, and let stand for 1-2 hours before use (P2).

2. Roll out the dough into a large flat bread (P3).

3. Pour 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup flour on it (P4), mix well and spread evenly on the surface (P5), then pick up the rim and nip them together, roll out into a falt bread again (P6).

4. Drizzle a dash of water over the flat bread, then sprinkle sesame seeds evenly on bothsides, gently press it so that it adheres to the surface (P7).

5. Then put it into oven and bake until bothsides turns golden (P8).

6. Remove from the baking tray to a plate, cut into small pieces and serve(P9).
