Snow Peas and Corn Meal Pancake Recipe

Snow Peas and Corn Meal Pancake Recipe:
This crisp mouth-watering corn meal pancake is made up with corn meal and snow peas, it is crispy outside and tasty inside, enjoy!
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, mixing bowl, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup snow peas
1 cup corn meal
1 beaten egg, whisked lightly
1 tbsp.chopped scallion
1 tbsp.ground black pepper
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
Directions:

1. Cook the snow peas in boiling water until cooked, drain well, chop into small pieces and combine with all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl (P1).

2. Stir the mixture clockwise to make a paste (P2).

3. Divide the mixture into 4 parts, in the meantime, heat a wok with 2 tbsps.vegetable oil till hot, place them into the hot wok, pan-fry over medium heat (P3).

4. Turn and cook the other side when turns golden-brown (P4).
