Juicy Egg Toast

Juicy Egg Toast:
Still puzzled new ways to cook bread every morning? Here are some suggestions.
 
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
 
Utensils:
Frying pan, toaster, plate.
Makes 1 portion of juicy egg toast.
 
Ingredients:
1 slice bread
1 large egg
2 tbsps.vegetable oil for pan-frying
Directions:
1. Toast the bread well in the toaster (P1), then cut into bite-sized chunks and remove to a plate.

2. Preheat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil, beat an egg in  when the oil is hot (P2).

3. When the egg begins to sizzle, put the lid on and reduce heat to low, keep warm on low heat while cooking until the egg is about half way set, which will take about 3-4 minutes (P3).Turn off the heat.

4. Remove from the pan, cut into small cubes, pour over the bread, serve immediately (P4).

Tips:
1. If toaster is not available, pan-fried breads will work perfectly.
