Papaya Egg Pudding

Papaya Egg Pudding:
This satisfying, low-fat papaya egg pudding is full of flavor, and very nutritious. It is simple to make, and works every time.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, pot, ball cuter, 3 bowls
 
Makes 1 portion of papaya egg pudding
Ingredients:
1-2 papaya, about 7oz. each
1 egg
2 tbsp. white sugar
3-4 Cups water
Directions:
1. Beat egg in a bowl, whisk lightly.
2. Making papaya balls with a ball cutter, then transfer to another bowl for later use(P1).

3. In a wok, bring 2 cups water to a boil, add into 2 tbsp.white sugar, cook until the sugar melts. Then dump into a bowl, add 1-2 cup water in the bowl again.
4. Add the sugar sauce back into whisked egg (the ratio of which is 2:1) according to P2, stirring clockwise until it starts to foam (P3).

5. Pour the sugar egg mixture over papaya balls (P4).

6. Put a large pot of water on to boil, put on the basket, then put on the bowl in question, let steam over high heat until steam appears, about 10 minutes, then reduce heat to low, continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
7. When finished, dump into a bowl and serve (P5).
