Steam Quailegg And Meat:

Pork and quailegg are a terrific combination, and when slow-cooked in this manner, produce a fantastic dish that you'll eat them up at one sitting!

 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

 

Utensils:

Pot, tablespoons , bowl, plate.

 

Serves 2

 

Ingredients:
7oz. (200g) ground pork
5-8 quaileggs
2 stalks scallion, chopped fine
Broccoli, for garnishing
Seasoning A:
1  tsp. cooking wine
2  tsp. light soy sauce, low sodium
2  tsp. chicken essence
1  tsp. salt, or to taste

Directions:
1. In a bowl, add chopped scallion, Seasoning A, and ground pork, stir clockwise until well mixd.
2. Put part of the ground pork mixture in the tablespoon respectively, then put one quailegg over the pork of each spoon (P2). Place them on a plate.
3. Put a large pot of water on to boil, Put on the basket, then put on the plate, cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
4. Serve on a plate, garnish with broccoli before serving.
