Cleaning your cookwares properly after each use can help them to last longer.1. Rinsing: Do not put it into your dishwasher, as it will damage the coating on the surface. Simply rinse in hot water.
2. Cleaning: Carefully scrub away the food particles or rust with a non-abrasive brush.
3. Rinsing again: Rinse in hot water.
4. Drying: Dry with paper towels, then place over high heat until dry. Store and ready to use the next time.
If you do not use this cookware on a regular basis, please re-applying the surface with a thin layer of lard or vegetable oil, then store it.
