Lemon Rice Stir-fry Recipe:
This is a lemon flavored rice recipe that you simply can't say no. See how it's done.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, bowl.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cups pre-cooked rice1/2 onion, peeled, cut into small cubes1 tbsp.minced ginger root1 tbsp.chopped coriander2 tbsps.grated zest of lemon1 tbsp.ground cumin1 tbsp.olive oil1 tsp.salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Add 1 tbsp.olive oil in a wok over high heat, when hot, saute the onion cubes, and minced ginger, then add grated lemon zest and 1 tbsp.ground cumin, stir fry over medium heat for about 30 seconds (P1).
P12. Add the rice back into the wok, stirring and tossing to mix well, salt as you would.
3. Remove from the wok to a bowl, serve immediately (P2).
