Pasta With Ketchup Meatballs Sauce Recipe:
This satisfying, low-fat pasta is full of flavor, and very nutritious. And it is also a perfect recipe when you want big flavors on a small budget.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
 
Utensils:
Oven, wok, pot, bowl.
 
Makes 1 portion paste with ketchup meatballs sauce.
 
Ingredients: (P1)

1 package of pasta

7 oz. (200g) ground lean pork

1 bread slice, tear up into small pieces, about 1/2-inch length

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 tbsp. ground black pepper

1 tbsp. barbecue sauce

1 tsp. salt, or to taste

1/2 cup milk

1 egg, beaten

Sauce:

2 tbsps. ketchup

1 tbsp. grated garlic clove

1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients in a big bowl, stir until blended well (P2).

2. Form the mixture into tiny meatballs of about 2-inches diameter, then place them on a plate (P3).

3. Whisk together ketchup, grated garlic clove and olive oil in a separate bowl for sauce (P4).

4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs evenly (P5).

5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then put it into oven, bake until heated through, about 15 minutes.

6. When you bake meatballs, boil the pasta according to the directions on the package, then drain well and remove to a bowl.

7. Spoon the sauce over the pasta, serve hot (P6).
