Rice and Sweetened Bean Paste Pudding

Rice and Sweetened Bean Paste Pudding:
This satisfying, low-fat pudding is full of flavor, and very nutritious.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
 
Utensils:
Saucepot, bowl.
 
Ingredients:
3-4 cups sticky rice
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
2 tbsps. granulated sugar
1/3 cup sweetened bean paste
1/3 cup raisin
1/2 cup sweet meat
Directions:

1. Put sticky rice into saucepot with enough water to cover the surface of the rice. Cook over low heat for 15-30 minutes, then dish out into a bowl.

2. In the bowl, stir 2 tbsps.vegetable oil into the sticky rice, blend in 2 tsps. granulated sugar.

3. Put some raisin and sweet meat into each bowl (P1), covered with a layer of steamed sticky rice (P2), then another layer of sweetened bean paste (P3) and a layer of steamed sticky rice again (P4).

4. Pour the rice mixture out into another bowl according to P5.
