Fried Rice With Egg

Fried Rice With Egg:
Fried Rice With Egg is Chinese most famous dish, but when cooked in this manner, will produce a fantastic one that you'll eat them up at one sitting!
 
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, bowl, plate.
 
Serves 1
 
Ingredients:
2 cups steamed rice
1-2 eggs
1/2 cup diced ham
1 tsp. chopped scallion
1 tsp. freshly grated ginger root
Seasonings:
1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp. MSG, or to taste
1/2 tsp. grounf black pepper
2 tbsps. vegetable oil

Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk eggs lightly, stir into steamed rice and mix well (P1).
2. Heat the wok with 2 tbsps. vegetable oil, when hot, saute scallion and ginger until aromatic, about 30 seconds.
3. Add egg / rice mixture back into the wok, stir fry for a while, then toss the diced ham, salt, MSG and black pepper to taste, continue to cook another 5 minutes until done (P2).
4. Dish up into a plate and serve (P3&4).

Tips:
1. You can also add cucumber, carrot or tomato cubes in Step 3, enjoy more flavors.
