Bacon Egg Rolls Recipe:
This recipe features a crispy, tasty roll made with bacon and egg, here this cut of bacon is best enjoyed medium-rare, like any great grilled recipes.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
 
Utensils:
Grill, plate.
 
Makes 4 portions of bacon egg rolls
 
Ingredients:
2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled, cut lengthways into halves
4 strips bacon, 1/2-inch thick, 3-4-inches long (P1)

Directions:
1. Wrap bacon strip around boiled egg according to P2.

2. Preheat a grill on medium heat, when the grates are hot, lightly oil, and place bacon egg rolls on grill (P3), bake until completely heated through and golden, also have crisp crusts outside.

3. Place on a plate, try garnishing the bacon egg rolls with a few sprigs of fresh coriander leaves before serving (P4).

Tips:
1. Our bacon strips are very salty, so I have not added salt to this dish. If yours are not so salty, you may need to correct for salt and other spices when nears done.
2. This bacon egg rolls can also be glazed with your favorite sauce.
