Garlic and Meat Stir-fry Recipe:
If you are a garlic lover, you need to give this garlicky flavored meat stir-fry recipe a try, it is easy to master and very fast to make.

Utensils:
Wok, plate.
 
Serves 2 as a side dish
 
Ingredients: (P1)
7 oz./200g meat, diced
1 red pepper, seed, diced
1 green pepper, seed, diced
1/2 cup garlic cloves
1 tbsp.light soy sauce
1 tbsp.chicken essence
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
3 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying

Directions:

1. Preheat a wok over medium heat for 30 seconds, or until hot, add 3 tbsps.vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface, add meat cubes and stir fry when the oil is hot.

2. Add garlic cloves when the meat turns white, but do not brown (P2).

3. Swirl into 1 tbsp.light soy sauce when the garlic is aromatic, stir briefly to mix well, then pour into 1/2 cup water, dail down to low and simmer for about 4 minutes (P3).

Add water and let simmer for about 4 minutes

4. Put the diced peppers back into the wok when the sauce thickens, add 1 tbsp.chicken essence and salt as you would, stir fry to mix everything together.

5. Remove from the wok to a plate, serve hot (P4).
