Juicy Pork Slices Recipe:
This juicy pork slices recipe is a great example of how just a couple of ingredients to creat a terrific dish. For a little spicier version, try adding some red hot pepper flakes along with chili paste.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30-60 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, cleaver, bowl, serving plate.
Serves 3
 
Ingredients:
7oz./200g pork
5 garlic cloves, finely crushed
Seasonings:
3 tbsps.light soy sauce
2 tbsps.rice vinegar
1 tbsp.sesame oil
1 tbsp.chili paste
1 tbsp.granulated sugar
1 tbsp.chicken essence
Directions:
1. Rinse pork through warm water, drain well and cut into chunks.
2. Add enough water in a wok, heat on high flame, place pork into it when boiling, cook until done.
3. Remove pork from water and drain well, slice into thin strips, arrange neatly on a serving plate.
4. In a bowl, blend all the seasonings with crushed garlic cloves, mix well and splash on the pork slices evenly, serve.
