Leeks and Pork Stir-fry Recipe

Leeks and Pork Stir-fry Recipe:
This course is a classic Chinese food, you only need a couple of ingredients, and the finished one is excellent. If you are looking for some easy and tasty recipe, give this a try.
 
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, 2 serving plates.
 
Serves 3
 
Ingredients:
9 oz./250g pork
3.5 oz./100g leeks
2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying
Seasonings:
1 tbsp.bean sauce
1 tsp.granulated sugar
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Slice pork (P1), then cut into thin strips (P2), wash the leeks well through running water, drain well and cut on the diagonal into 1-inch pieces (P2).
2. Add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil to a wok, and preheat on medium-high flame, when the oil is hot, but not yet smoking, cook pork strips first (P3), stir fry for about 1 minute, or until no pink shows (P4).

3. Stir in 1 tbsp.bean sauce, cook, stirring and tossing the mixture around the wok (P5).
4. At last, put the leeks back into the wok, stir until the leaves are almost wilted, add 1 tsp.sugar, season with salt as you would, then cook briefly to mix everything together (P6).
5. Remove to a serving plate and serve immediately.
