Stir Fried Pork Liver Recipe:
Everyone knows pork liver is very nutritious and good for your health. And when cooked in this manner, produce a fantastic dish that won't leave you hungry.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, bowl, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 oz./200g pork liver1 tbsp.chopped scallion3 slices fresh ginger root, peeled1 tbsp.minced garlic5 tbsps.vegetable oil
Seasonings:
A:1 tbsp.cornstarch1 egg white1 tbsp.flourB:Proper quantity of salt and MSG to taste1 tbsp.light soy sauce1 tbsp.vinegar1 tbsp.Shao-Hsing rice wine, or dry sherry1 tbsp.sesame oil

1. Before cook, rinse the pork liver through running water, drain well in a colander and cut into thin strips.2. In a bowl, gently combine the pork liver strips with seasoning A, let marinate for 15 minutes.3. Heat 5 tbsps.vegetable oil in a wok, stir-fry the pork liver strips over high heat for about 20-30 seconds, or until turns white, then drain well and set aside (P1).4. Pour off all but 2 tbsps.vegetable oil from the wok, saute the scallion, ginger, and garlic until aromatic, about 20 seconds, add the pork liver strips back into the wok, add seasoning B, stirring and tossing to mix everything together (P2).5. Serve on a plate (P3).
Tips:
1. Combine pork liver with Seasoning A (Cornstarch, egg white and flour) can keep the liver fresh and tender.2. The cooking time in Step 3 is limited in 30 seconds.
