Curry and Shrimp Meat Stir-fry Recipe:
This is a famous seafood recipe in China. One taste of this juicy and meaty shrimp, and you’ll know why it's such a favorite.

Cook time: 5 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 (4 oz.) can shrimp meat1/4 onion, cut into small cubes1/2 apple, peeled, cut into small cubes1 tbsp.curry powder1 tsp.salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. In a wok over medium heat, saute onion and apple cubes until tender, add 1 tbsp.curry powder while you stir fry (P1).
P12. Add the shrimp meat back into the wok in which it was cooked, keep stirring, correct for salt when nears done.3. Serve on a plate (P2).
