Curry and Shrimp Meat Stir-fry Recipe:
This is a famous seafood recipe in China. One taste of this juicy and meaty shrimp, and you’ll know why it's such a favorite.
 
Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
 
Utensils:
Wok, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
1 (4 oz.) can shrimp meat
1/4 onion, cut into small cubes
1/2 apple, peeled, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp.curry powder
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. In a wok over medium heat, saute onion and apple cubes until tender, add 1 tbsp.curry powder while you stir fry (P1).

2. Add the shrimp meat back into the wok in which it was cooked, keep stirring, correct for salt when nears done.
3. Serve on a plate (P2).
