Prawn and Crab Rice Soup Recipe:
If you are a seafood lover, then you will like this prawn and crab rice soup. It is a healthy and very refreshing soup that you can easily make at home. You only need a couple of easy-to-prep ingredients, and it is simple to master as well.

Cook time: 20 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, bowls.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
7 oz./200 g pumpkin, peeled, cut into 1-inch sections3 prawns, rinse and drain well, peeled2 crabs, rinse and drain well, chop into sections1 cup long grain rice2 slices ginger2 garlic cloves, sliced1 tbsp.chopped coriander1 tsp.salt, or to taste1/2-1 cup chicken stock2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil in a wok, preheat on high heat, when hot, add ginger and garlic and cook, about 20 seconds, or until aromatic. Add pumpkin sections and cook until soften (P1).
P12. Pour into 1/2-1 cup chicken stock into the wok in which it was cooked, add prawns, crabs and 1 cup rice back into the wok, cook over medium heat until the shrimp are golden (P2).
P23. Scatter the chopped coriander over the soup , salt as you would and mix well (P3).
P34. Ladle into warmed bowls and serve (P4).
