Tuna Tomato Recipe:
This recipe features a delicious contrast between the meaty tuna and the sweet tomato. This tuna tomato recipe is perfect when you want something healthy, but still satisfying.

Utensils:
Bowl, spoon, plate.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
6 tomatoes
1 olive, chopped
1 stalk scallion, chopped
1 sprig of fresh coriander leave
1 tbsp.freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsps.mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Add tuna, chopped olive, chopped scallion, ground black pepper and mayonnaise in a bowl, stir to combine (P1).

2. Rinse tomato well, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, reserve in a bowl for later use (P2).

3. Put 2-3 tbsps.tuna and mayonnaise mixture into each tomato (P3).
