Carrot and Meat Stir-fry Recipe

Stir-fry carrot with meat – a carrot is cut into thin strips and stir fried with light soy sauce marinated pork, nutritious, tasty, and only takes a few seconds to make.
Wok, mixing bowl, plate.
1-2 carrots, rinse well, cut into thin strips3.5 oz./100g pork, cut into thin strips1 tbsp.ground ginger1 tbsp.light soy sauce1 tbsp.cornstarch1 tsp.salt,or to taste2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying
1. In a big mixing bowl, combine pork with ground ginger, light soy sauce, and cornstarch, mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes before cooking (P1).
P12. Preheat a wok on medium-high heat for at least 30 seconds before you add oil, then swirl the oil to coat the surface of the wok, add pork strips and stir fry for a while (P2).
P23. Add carrot strips when the pork is nearly cooked, keep stirring over medium heat until the carrot soften, tossing occasionally (P3).
P34. Salt when nears done, then remove from the wok, serve hot on a plate (P4).
