Fuzzy Melon and Tomato Stir-fry Recipe

Fuzzy melon and tomato is the perfect combination in Chinese cuisine, both of which are nutritious food. This recipe is quick to make and easy to do for everyone.
Fuzzy Melon and Tomato Stir-fry Recipe
Pot, wok, plate.
1 fuzzy melon2 tomatoes1-2 gloves garlic, chopped2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying1 tsp.salt, or to taste1 tsp.white sugar, or to taste
1. Peel the tomatoes, then cut into chunks.
2. Cut the fuzzy melon lengthwise into half, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, then cut into sliecs.
3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add fuzzy melon slices and blanch for 1 minute, drain well and set aside.
4. Preheat a wok over medium high heat for 30 seconds before you add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil, saute crushed garlic cloves when the oil is hot, about 30 seconds, or stars to brown, put tomato back into it, stir fry over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes (P1).
P15. Add fuzzy melon back into the wok in which it was cooked, continue to cook for 1 minute or so (P2).
P26. At the last minute of cooking, season with salt, and sugar, stir briefly to mix everything well, serve on a plate (P3).
