3.5 oz./100g garden chrysanthemum, piled, cut into 1-2 inches sections3.5 oz./100g preserved pork, cut into thin strips2 red hot peppers, finely choppedSalt to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat a wok till hot, add preserved pork and stir fry until golden (P2). Set aside for later use.
P22. In the same wok, stir fry garden chrysanthemum and red hot peppers over medium heat.3. Add the meat back when the vegetables are almost cooked, taste and adjust seasoning as desired, toss gently once or twice, serve on a plate (P3).
