Garlicky Mushrooms Stir-Fry Recipe:
If you are in the mood for a special flavored mushroom, then this easy-to-make garlicky mushroom will satisfy your stomach.
Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 5-8 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, plate.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
10 mushrooms, remove the stems1 tbsp.crushed garlic cloves3 tbsps.vegetable oil1 tbsp.red pepper flakes1 tsp.salt, or to taste
Directions:
1. Heat 3 tbsps.vegetable oil in a wok, drizzling the oil so that it coats both the sides and the bottom of the wok, when the oil is hot, add crushed garlic cloves and red pepper flakes, saute briefly until aromatic, about 20 seconds (P1).
P12. Add mushrooms back into the wok, stirring and tossing them around the wok over medium heat, until all the flavors have blended (P2).
P23. Remove from the wok, and serve on a plate (P3).
