Meat and Lettuce Chop Suey Recipe

If you are in the mood for a hearty and easy chop suey, then the perfect meat and lettuce chop suey will satisfy your stomach. See how it's done.
Wok, bowl, plate.
1/2 cup pork or beef strips2 cups lettuce slices2 colves garlic, sliced1 tbsp.cornstarch1 tbsp.sesame oil1 tbsp.toasted sesame seeds1 tbsp.light soy sauce2 tbsps.vegetable oil
1. Combine meat strips with cornstarch and soy sauce well in a bowl, let marinate for 10 minutes (P1).
P12. Add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil in a wok, turn on high heat, when the oil is hot, saute the garlic cloves briefly until aromatic, about 20 seconds, then add meat strips back into the wok in which it was cook, stir fry over medium heat until the meat changes color and is nearly cooked through.
3. Remove the cooked meat to a bowl, combine with lettuce slices, salt, 1 tbsp.sesame oil, and 1 tbsp.toasted sesame seeds, mix well to coat properly with the sauce (P2).
