Meat and Celery Recipe:

In this tasty recipe, celery, red pepper, and meat combine to make a really refreshing dish, one taste of this dish, then you will know why it is such a great.

 

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 5 minutes

 

Utensils:

Wok, bowl, plate.

 

Serves 2 as a side dish.

 

Ingredients:
14 oz./ 400 g celery, discard leaves, rinse well and cut diagnoally into thin strips.
3.5 oz./ 100 g Lean pork, cut into thin strips
2 hot red peppers, seeded, cut into thin strips
2 slices fresh ginger, cut julienne
Seasonings:
A: 1 tsp.salt, or to taste
1tsp.cornstarch
B: 1 tsp.salt, or to taste

Directions:
1. Gently combine lean pork strips and seasoning A in a bowl, mix well (P1), then in a wok stir-fry the meat with 2 tbsps.vegetable oil, cook until the pork changes color and is nearly cooked through (P2). Then set aside for later use.
2. Put a large pot of water on to a boil, blanch the celery strips briefly until colour turns brighter green, about 30 seconds (P4). Then drain well in a colander and put into a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking and keep crispy.
3. Add cooked pork strips, hot red peppers, ginger strips, celery, and seasoning B in a mixing bowl, stir properly with chopsticks and serve on a plate (P5).
