Potato Broccoli and Beans Stir-fry Recipe

The terrific combination of potato, broccoli, and green beans are here, this great recipe only take you 15 minutes to cook, and it is really fantastic.
Potato Broccoli and Beans Stir-fry Recipe
Pot, wok, colander, plate.
2 potatoes, skinned, cut into small cubes200g/ 7 oz.broccoli, rinse well, cut into sections100g/ 3.5 oz.green bean, remove the strings, cut into sections2 tbsps.curry powder1 tsp.salt, or to taste3-5 chilis, chopped5 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, place into broccoli and blanch for about 1 minute, until color turns jade green, drain well in a colander and set aside (P1).
P12. Preheat a wok over medium high heat for at least 30 seconds, then add 5 tbsps.vegetable oil,swirl to coat the surface and bottom, add potato cubes when hot, pan dry over medium high heat until brown golden, drain well and set aside (P2).
P23. Pour off all but 2 tbsps.vegetable oil from the wok, heat till hot, saute chilis until aromatic, do not brown. Then add green beans, and stir fry over medium heat till cooked, put broccoli and potato cubes back into the wok, continue to stir fry (P3).
P34. Stir into curry powder and 2 tbsps.water, cook until the sauce thickens, correct with salt and mix well (P4).
P45. Remove from the wok to a plate, serve hot (P5).
