Ingredients:
2 cups potato cubes (P1)
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp.chopped coriander
1 tbsp.ground cumin
1 tbsp.chili powder
1 tbsp.ground black pepper
1 tsp.salt, or to taste

Directions:

1. Heat a wok, add 2 tbsps. vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface, add garlic cloves when the oil is hot, stir fry for 20 seconds until aromatic. Then turn heat to medium high, add potato cubes, sprinkle 1 tbsp.ground cumin, 1 tbsp.chili powder, and 1 tbsp.ground black pepper over the potato cubes as you stir fry (P2).
