Spicy Potato Cubes Stir-fry Recipe:
This is a simple, elegant, and delicious dish, which is perfect for any party and works every time. When you want big flavors on a small budget, give this spicy potato cubes stir-fry recipe a try!

Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cups potato cubes (P1)3 cloves garlic, sliced1 tbsp.chopped coriander1 tbsp.ground cumin1 tbsp.chili powder1 tbsp.ground black pepper1 tsp.salt, or to taste

Directions:
1. Heat a wok, add 2 tbsps. vegetable oil and swirl to coat the surface, add garlic cloves when the oil is hot, stir fry for 20 seconds until aromatic. Then turn heat to medium high, add potato cubes, sprinkle 1 tbsp.ground cumin, 1 tbsp.chili powder, and 1 tbsp.ground black pepper over the potato cubes as you stir fry (P2).
P22. Stirring and tossing over medium heat until the potato turns out tender, salt as you would, garnish with a sprinkling of chopped coriander before serving (P3).
