Sweet and Sour Mushroom Recipe

Sweet and Sour Mushroom Recipe:
This sweet and sour mushroom recipe is as comforting as it is simple. And the flavor in this recipe is simple to adjust to your tastes.

Utensils:
Wok, bowl.
 
Serves 2
 
Ingredients:
10 mushrooms, quartered (P1)
1 tbsp. chopped tangerine peel
1 tbsp.olive oil
1 tbsp.sesame oil
1 tbsp.chopped coriander
1 tbsp.toasted sesame seeds

Marinade:
3 tbsps.lemon juice
1 tbsp.brown sugar
1 tbsp.light soy sauce
1 tbsp.chili powder
1 tsp.salt, or to taste
1 tbsp.crushed garlic cloves
Directions:

1. Whisking all the marinade together in a bowl, preheat a wok over high heat, when hot, pour the marinade into the wok, heat until the brown sugar melts. Remove to a bowl for later use.

2. Stir 1 tbsp.chopped tangerine peel, 1 tbsp.olive oil, and 1 tbsp.sesame oil into the marinade, combine to mix well (P2).

3. Place the mushrooms in a big bowl, spoon over the marinade evenly to properly coat with the sauce (P3).

4. Cover and let sit for 3 hours in the refrigerator to absorb the flavors.

5. Top with a sprinkling of chopped coriander and toasted sesame seeds before serving (P4).
