Sweet and Sour Mushroom Recipe

This sweet and sour mushroom recipe is as comforting as it is simple. And the flavor in this recipe is simple to adjust to your tastes.
Wok, bowl.
10 mushrooms, quartered (P1)1 tbsp. chopped tangerine peel1 tbsp.olive oil1 tbsp.sesame oil1 tbsp.chopped coriander1 tbsp.toasted sesame seeds

3 tbsps.lemon juice1 tbsp.brown sugar1 tbsp.light soy sauce1 tbsp.chili powder1 tsp.salt, or to taste1 tbsp.crushed garlic cloves
1. Whisking all the marinade together in a bowl, preheat a wok over high heat, when hot, pour the marinade into the wok, heat until the brown sugar melts. Remove to a bowl for later use.
2. Stir 1 tbsp.chopped tangerine peel, 1 tbsp.olive oil, and 1 tbsp.sesame oil into the marinade, combine to mix well (P2).
P23. Place the mushrooms in a big bowl, spoon over the marinade evenly to properly coat with the sauce (P3).
P34. Cover and let sit for 3 hours in the refrigerator to absorb the flavors.
5. Top with a sprinkling of chopped coriander and toasted sesame seeds before serving (P4).
